Keller led the Explorers with 18 goals and 5 assists for the 2023 season. During the off season, Keller plays club soccer for the Alton Irish U-18 team as he prepares for the 2024 season.

“The Class 1A Explorers, as has become traditionally the case, played a challenging schedule…with victories over Class 3A Granite City, a tie with 3A Edwardsville and a win over 2A Waterloo,” said Pete Hayes, for The Telegraph.
The Explorers ended their season in the Sectional Championship vs Columbia, who went on to finish 3rd in the IHSA State Finals.
The Explorers are looking forward to the 2024 season which will include a September trip to Bettendorf, Iowa for the Great River Classic, which annually hosts some of the top programs in the Midwest.
