Congratulations to Marquette Catholic junior golfers Reese Livingstone and Carson Jones, who are now State Bound!
Reese Livingstone qualified for the IHSA 1A State Girl’s Golf tournament by shooting an 81 at the Rochester Sectional yesterday. Reese finished in 15th place and her score qualifies her for next weekend’s IHSA State Finals! The tournament will be held at Red Tail golf course in Decatur, Illinois Oct. 18-19th.
Carson Jones qualified for the IHSA Boys 1A state tournament by firing a round of 74, finishing tied for 6th in the Sectional. Jones will also compete Oct.18-19th in the IHSA State Finals at Prairie Vista Golf Course in Bloomington, IL.
