Marquette Catholic senior Rose Brangenberg has been named the Rotary Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Rod and Julie Brangenberg. Her Academic Achievements include being a member of National Honor Society, and with her 4.68 GPA, has been on High Honor Roll each semester at Marquette. Rose’s extracurricular activities include Marquette Girls Volleyball, where she was the co-captain all four years, club volleyball, and Marquette Track and Field for two years. Some of Rose’s hobbies include running, playing pickleball with her friends, snow skiing, water sports, and hanging out with her family. At Marquette, she is one of the house captains in the school’s community and house system. Rose is also a member of Breast Cancer Awareness, Campus Ministry, Student Council, Aces Academic Challenge, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
A member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Jerseyville, Rose plans to attend Lewis and Clark Community College next fall, where she will begin studying for a career in Physical Therapy.
