Senior Pete Walch has been selected as the Marquette Catholic August Student Standout! Pete was selected based on his outstanding academic achievement, which includes a 4.68 GPA, an ACT of 28, and 43 dual credit hours, allowing him to enter college as a sophomore in the fall of 2024.

The date is set for the 30th Annual John Rogers Explorer Classic - October 6th. There are many ways to be a part of this great event. You can register your team now, or be a sponsor at www.marquettecatholic.org/golfclassic. We have many sponsor levels available including the new flag sponsorship, but act fast, only 18 spots are available!

MCHS sophomore Ella Anselm was recognized as one of the 2022-23 Small Schools Girls Soccer Players of the Year. Anselm's 33 goals and 9 assists has established her as one of the Explorers' all-time leading single-season goal scorers.

Cody Best is the 2022-23 Telegraph Small-Schools Boys Basketball Coach of the Year. In Best’s first season, Marquette finished 21-13, won its first Gateway Metro Conference title and claimed a regional championship for the 10th time in 13 seasons.

Kline was named the 2022-23 Telegraph Small-Schools Basketball Player of the Year as a junior for the Marquette Catholic Explorers. The 6-foot-3 guard made 103 3-pointers while shooting 44 percent from the arc helping the Explorers reach a 21-13 record last season.

Join us in congratulating Marquette Catholic senior, Lawson Bell, for being named the 2022-23 Alton Telegraph Player of the Year! Bell scored scored 18 varsity goals and had nine assists during last year's season.

Myles Paniagua earns The Telegraph 2022-2023 Small School Boys Soccer Player of the Year honor. Paniagua scored 35 goals and added 10 assists as a senior for the Explorers and helped lead them to a 17-6 record.

Marquette Catholic's Brian Hoener earned The Telegraph 2022-23 Small Schools Boys Soccer Coach of the Year award. The Explorers posted a 17-6 record during his first year as the boys soccer coach.

Registration is open for the MCHS youth summer camps. Our "Explore the Tradition" camps are lead by our outstanding team of coaches. Introduce your camper to our top notch athletic program. Register by May 19 at 12 PM to receive a discount.
